Wagonwheel Elementary School Principal Eric Stremcha will provide an academic report for Wagonwheel Elementary School.

Campbell County High School Principal Chad Bourgeois will provide an academic report for Campbell County High School.

  
     

B. Facilitator Report

 K-12 Math Facilitators LeeAnn Cox and Megan Peterson will provide an update on K-12 Math.

 Administration requests ratification of warrants released between the board meetings of December 8, 2020 and January 12, 2021 per the Resolution to Conduct Business adopted December 8, 2020. Administration recommends approval of current warrants as provided.  
     

D. Ratification of Bids and Quotes

 Administration requests ratification of the following bids and quotes according to the Resolution to Conduct Business adopted December 8, 2020:
1. District Video Conferencing Equipment
2. District Parking Lot WiFi Equipment		  
     

E. Approval of Bids and Quotes

 Administration requests approval of the following bids and quotes:
1. Nutrition Services Equipment
2. Campbell County High School Welding Fume Collection Upgrade		  
     

F. Ratification of Contracts and Agreements

 Administration requests ratification of the following contracts and agreements according to the Resolution to Conduct Business adopted December 8, 2020:
1. Kid Clinic Agreement to Connect and Provide Natural Gas with Black Hills Energy		  
     

G. Policies

Administration requests approval of revisions to Policy 6300, Request to Conduct Research. Administration also requests Administrative Regulation 6300-R be changed to a form.

Administration requests review with no changes to Policy 5158, Campbell County School District Graduation Requirements; and revisions to Administrative Regulation 5158-R, Campbell County School District Graduation Requirements.

Administration requests revisions to Policy 5276, Bullying; and adoption of Administrative Regulation 5276-R, Bullying.

Administration requests Policy 6147, Controversial Speakers, and Administrative Regulation 6147, Controversial Speakers be rescinded.

  
     

H. Student Expulsion

 Administration recommends Student #14 through Student #17 be expelled for one calendar year with early re-admittance under strict probation.  
     

I. Surplus Request

 Administration requests the attached list of items be surplused.  
     

J. Grant Request

 Gillette High School Robotics Club requests approval to accept the Campbell County Parks and Recreation Department 1% Funding Grant.  
     

K. Mileage Reimbursement Rate

 Administration requests approval of the new mileage reimbursement rate in accordance with Administrative Regulation 4260-R, Mileage Reimbursement, which aligns with Internal Revenue Service guidelines.
